ladies and Gentlemen:

This past weekend, I had an unfortunate little incident of mishap high up in the mountain forests of Utah while driving an ATV over it's mountanious trails at an elevation in excess of 10,400 feet... While recovering in the Emergency Room of Cedar City Hospital, Utah after being treated, I have declared, like our founding fathers before us, my very own Declaration of Independence.....(smile).......................in the form of the best communication vehicle that I know...............Poetry.......................amdamiano

My name is Nevada Smith and I ride with the wind.

I have seen your face up close and noticed the indifference..Now I challenge you to the race.

I have declared myself, Prince of the Utah Forest... You see me as an eloper and nullify your face.

Your indifference is deafning in the high mountain winds.. but I know you have acepted my challenge.

I have come to make a statement ...yet you consider me an irrelevancy.

Oh,Yes..........you can hurt me, and you did......but you cannot stop me.

Not now, nor until my days are done.!!

Your sticks and stones may break my bones, but I will not be undone

My Spirit and Determination will not be broken........

Not, by your uncaring mountains

Not, by your treacherous trails

Nor, by your indiffernt forests

And I shall overcome....all which you have to offer.....
